All children playing at the play center require a signed  liability waiver. Waivers are good for one year. 

Some indoor community centers and outdoor parks require insurance for inflatables. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

• Children must be supervised by an adult 
• NO Shoes allowed on the playground or bounce house
• NO food, drinks, sweets, gum, pointy/sharp objects etc. allowed on the playground or bounce house

For our mobile bounce house and playground rentals, we can accommodate shorter rental times, but the price will remain the same due to the nature of the setup and takedown involved.

For our indoor play center, we offer two main options:

• Open Play Reservations: 
  • Guests book a two-hour time slot to enjoy our space.
  • Reservations preferred, but not required 
• Birthday Party Packages:

Packages starting as low as $199 or book the entire space for $650!!

Once you book we will follow up to confirm your event start and end time. We will also confirm the earliest time we can set up and the latest time we can pick up. 

Deliveries can start as early as 8a. We will accommodate a later delivery time if your party is in a park or venue that does not allow early access. 

Playground setups take 45mins -1hr and 30 mins - 1hr to take down. Times are indicated on each service. 

Bounce house setups take 30-45 mins to setup and 20-45 mins to take down. For indoor venue events, please be sure the venue allows access time for setup & take down. 

Outdoor pick-ups begin before sundown. Usually between 7p-9p in the summer and 5p-7p in the winter regardless of the time you book. For example, if you book at 4p for an outdoor event we may leave the item overnight if your party goes past sundown. 

We will accommodate later pick-up times for indoor setups. We will always arrange the time with you after booking. Call for more info: 816-768-2068.

For soft playground rentals, there is a $50 outdoor setup fee added to your total balance. You’ll see it reflected on your invoice.

Generators are not included. We will provide extension cords (100+ feet), but If you need us to provide a power source there is a $50 rental fee. You will see it reflected on your invoice.

Delivery is free up to 30 miles per round trip from 64055. Anything further will incur a $1/mile charge. Ex. 35 miles = $20 for 5 miles over 30 ($10 per round trip). You will see it reflected on your invoice.

There is a non-refundable retainer fee to lock in your date. It will apply toward your full service. The final balance is due after set up for mobile services and before your party starts for indoor parties, but can be paid in advance.(Mobile service fee is $25, fee varies for birthday party packages, no fee for Open Play).

You will receive a confirmation email after booking and a follow up email or text with the invoice showing your final balance including any additional fees or services. See 'Any Additional Charges?' .

Final payment can be made directly

You can reschedule your event within 45 days of your original date based on availability. You will not be charged another retainer fee. However, the non-refundable retainer fee is forfeited for cancellations, including weather related cancellations.

We will reach out to you the week of the event to confirm everything is still on track. If we do not hear from you and receive confirmation by 8p the day before the event we will be forced to cancel your reservation. We understand emergencies and unforeseen issues happen so we will make every attempt possible to contact you. If we’re unsuccessful The retainer fee will be forfeited. 

We may push delivery time back or pick up equipment early due to threats of inclement weather. We will communicate with you any change in delivery schedule.

Our goal is to keep our customers safe and our equipment in working order. We will always do our best to provide our service, but we will initiate a cancellation for inclement weather if the safety of our customers is in jeopardy or if it will harm the equipment. Please see ‘Reschedule/Cancellation Policy’. 

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each event with CDC-approved cleaning supplies.
