Yes! Walk-ins welcome Tuesday- Sunday, but reservations are preferred

All children playing at the play center require a signed  liability waiver. Waivers are good for one year. 

Some indoor community centers and outdoor parks require insurance for inflatables. We can provide proof of insurance upon request. 

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date and is applied to your total.

Final payment is due before we setup for mobile services and before your party begins for indoor parties (you may pay in advance).

Mobile service booking fee- $25
Indoor Birthday party booking fees range from $75-150

No booking fee for single-day play.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking, followed by an invoice with your remaining balance and any additional charges.

Mobile Setups:

For bounce house and playground rentals, we can accommodate shorter rental times, but the price will remain the same due to the nature of the setup and takedown involved.

Party packages: 

Unfortunately, no, we do not book by the hour. You can add extra time to your party package starting at 30 mins for $50.

Single day pass:

Our Open Play sessions are 2 hours, but you can stay longer if capacity allows.

 After booking, we’ll confirm your event start/end time and the earliest setup/latest pickup time.  

Delivery & Setup

• Deliveries can start as early as 8am. If your park/venue doesn’t allow early access, we’ll accommodate a later time.
   
• Playground setups take 45–90 mins; takedown 30–60 mins.
   
• Bounce houses take 30–45 mins to set up and 20–45 mins to take down.
   
• Indoor venues must allow enough access time.
   

Pickups

• Outdoor pickups happen before sundown (approx. 7–9pm summer / 5–7pm winter).
  If your event goes past sundown, we may leave equipment overnight.
   
• Indoor setups can be picked up later — we’ll arrange this after booking.

For playground rentals, there is a $50 outdoor setup fee (if applicable) added to your total balance. You’ll see it reflected on your invoice.

Generators are not included. We will provide extension cords (100+ feet), but If you need us to provide a power source there is a $65 rental fee. You will see it reflected on your invoice.

Delivery is free up to 20 miles per round trip from 64133. Anything further will incur a $1/mile charge. Ex. 25 miles = $20 added for 5 miles over 20 ($5 per trip/$10 round trip). You will see it reflected on your invoice.

Any add-on’s will be reflected on your final invoice. 

You may reschedule within 45 days of your original date (based on availability) — no new booking fee required.

Booking fees are non-refundable, 

including for weather related cancellations.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of your event and do not reschedule, 

payments made are non-refundable.

Mobile Party Rentals
We’ll contact you the week of your event.
If we don’t receive confirmation by 8pm the day before, your booking may be canceled. 

We will do our best to reach you, but if we cannot connect, payments will be forfeited.

We may push delivery time back or pick up equipment early due to threats of inclement weather. We will communicate with you any change in delivery schedule.

Our goal is to keep our customers safe and our equipment in working order. 

We will always do our best to provide our service, but we will initiate a cancellation for inclement weather if the safety of our customers is in jeopardy or if it will harm the equipment.

In an event we have to cancel your party, the booking fee remains non-refundable, but we will reimburse any additional payments made minus processing fees (2-5%).

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each event  with CDC-approved cleaning supplies. 

All the toys are safe and gentle to the touch!
